In our work together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space to challenge limiting beliefs about your worth, heal past pain, reduce the impacts of trauma, and transform family patterns. We’ll focus on establishing healthy boundaries, shifting perspectives, and embracing self-acceptance as you move toward lasting change.

Education

I graduated from Kutztown University in 2019 with a Master’s in Marriage, Family, and Couples Counseling. This foundation allows me to take a systemic and generational approach to counseling, exploring the influence of family systems and relationships when relevant throughout the counseling process.

With over 8 years in the mental health field, I’ve gained experience in various settings, including:
