In our work together, we’ll create a supportive space to explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that have shaped how you see yourself and move through the world. Together, we’ll build practical tools to navigate ADHD, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and life’s transitions while strengthening self-esteem, improving relationships, and fostering lasting change.

My goal is to help you feel more confident, connected, and equipped to face challenges with greater self-compassion and resilience.

Education

I graduated from Kutztown University in 2019 with a Master’s in Marriage, Family, and Couples Counseling. This foundation allows me to take a systemic and generational approach to counseling, exploring the influence of family systems and relationships when relevant throughout the counseling process.

With over 8 years in the mental health field, I’ve gained experience in various settings, including:
